Service
Hire Perfect Talent provides hiring operations, work-order management, candidate and interview coordination, structured evaluation, reporting, and approved integrations.
Authorized use
Users and organizations may use the platform only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, records, mailboxes, and personal data they are authorized to access.
Gmail integration
Gmail connectivity is optional and requires explicit Google authorization. Hire Perfect Talent requests read-only Gmail access for the Client Requirements workflow. It does not use that authorization to send, modify, move, label, or delete Gmail messages.
Administrative review
Email extraction supports human workflows. Administrators remain responsible for reviewing extracted requirements and approving creation or assignment of work orders.
Security and acceptable use
Users must protect their credentials and may not bypass access controls, access data without authorization, interfere with service security, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
