Information we process

Hire Perfect Talent may process account, organization, client, recruiter, candidate, interview, work-order, uploaded-document, audit, and operational information required to provide hiring workflow features.

Google Gmail data

An authorized organization administrator may connect one or more Gmail mailboxes. Hire Perfect Talent requests the Gmail read-only permission and may access mailbox identity, message metadata, message content, and attachments required to identify client-requirement emails and present them in the Client Requirements workflow.

Hire Perfect Talent does not use Gmail authorization to send, modify, label, move, or delete Gmail messages.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing Hire Perfect Talent functionality requested by the organization. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google Workspace data to train generalized or personalized AI or machine-learning models.

Hire Perfect Talent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Human review

Gmail-derived client requirements are presented inside the authorized organization's administrative workflow. Creating a canonical work order remains an explicit administrator action rather than an automatic Gmail action.

Security

OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Production access is protected using HTTPS, role-based access controls, organization scoping, and administrative audit records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Data may be processed by service providers only as necessary to operate, secure, host, maintain, or support the service, or where legally required.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting Gmail stops future synchronization. Unused Gmail configurations with no retained intake history may be permanently removed by an administrator. Operational records already created may be retained when required for legitimate business, audit, security, or legal purposes.

Google Account controls

Users can also revoke Hire Perfect Talent's Google authorization through their Google Account third-party access controls.
